“When we are no longer able to change the situation, we are challenged to change ourselves”

Victor Frankl

WELCOME

Inevitably life sometimes throws up issues which we struggle to deal with alone, whether it is something from the past, a present concern or help with navigating the future. Whatever the particular need is, it is sometimes more useful and appropriate to talk to someone who is separate from your friends and family.

I am a fully qualified therapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I offer individual therapy for adults, both online and in person in Central London.

I am 58 years old, a father of three and have a background in the commercial world before I became an integrative psychotherapist, working with people with a wide range of issues, especially relationship problems, depression and existential worries about the future.
